Add rooms and tables, choose capacities, and resize and align your layout on a grid. Place bars, plants, kitchens, doors and other features to make the plan recognisable to your team.
One diary for the service
Record phone bookings and walk-ins alongside online reservations. See guest numbers and notes, then mark guests as arrived, seated, completed or cancelled as service moves on.
Keep guests informed.
Email confirmations include the venue, booking time, party size and a short reference. Guests can add a birthday, access request or other note for your team.
Phone-only bookings receive an on-screen confirmation. Text-message sending is not available yet.
Make room for repeat visits.
Customers can choose to hear from your venue by email. Create an offer, preview it and send it to your own opted-in list. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link.
Venue and HOSP marketing choices are separate. A guest does not need to join a mailing list to book.
More than everyday bookings.
Switch on special events when you need them. Create events, set capacity and issue individual free tickets with unique references and QR codes. Guests can find tickets in their account or the HOSP app. Your authorised venue team can scan codes on a phone or tablet, verify tickets and mark them as redeemed to prevent reuse. Paid ticket prices can be prepared for the future; checkout is not yet active.

- Create your HOSP business account. Add your venue, or use the venue you already manage on HOSP.
- Set up your space. Create your rooms and tables, add capacities and arrange the floor plan.
- Complete your Profile. Set opening hours, booking length and turnaround time. Add a venue photo or use the HOSP default.
- Open for online bookings. Switch on online bookings and share your link. Eligible active venues also appear in the public directory.
Questions from venue teams
Can I use my existing HOSP account?
Yes. Business owners, admins and managers can manage bookings for their venues using their existing HOSP access.
How are online tables assigned?
HOSP selects the smallest available table with enough seats, taking existing bookings and your turnaround time into account. Staff can choose a specific suitable table.
What is available today?
Floor plans, a booking diary, public booking pages, email confirmations, guest notes and opt-in email campaigns. Free event tickets and check-in are also available. Paid events and deposit preferences can be prepared, but payment collection is not active yet. Combined tables and overnight service are not supported.
Can guests change or cancel online?
New email confirmations include a private management link. Guests can cancel before their booking starts or request a change. Requests appear in your venue dashboard; they do not automatically alter the booking. Guests without an email link can contact you using their reference.
What does it cost?
The table-booking system is free to use, including advanced floor plans, online reservations and the booking diary. HOSP plans to earn a percentage when venues collect booking deposits or sell event tickets. Payment collection is not active yet; applicable fees will be shown before it is enabled.
